چکیده
In the first assignment you became familiar with the hardware, how it is controlled, and how well the system performs with a conventional control architecture. In this second assignment you will seek to improve the contouring performance by investigating alternative control strategies. You will be provided with a detailed simulation model of the laboratory system, which will allow you to perform “experiments” as though you had direct access to the laboratory equipment. In the final assignment you will implement your alternative control strategies, and to test them on the laboratory system via remote web-based access.
